Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GPX2Live.AI ("GPX2Live", "we", "our"). By using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The service

GPX2Live turns a GPX route and your photos and videos into a narrated adventure movie: an animated route map with photo stops placed along the track, optional location facts, on-device face and object recognition, opening/closing titles and a soundtrack. You can use it without an account; signing in lets you save projects and continue from another device.

2. Accounts

Signing in uses Google Sign-In. You're responsible for keeping access to that account secure, and for all activity that happens under it. Provide accurate information when prompted.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the routes, photos, videos, music and text you upload ("your content"). By uploading it, you grant us a limited license to store, process and render it solely to provide the service to you — for example, to build your movie and to save it to your account. You confirm you have the necessary rights to any content you upload, including photos, videos and any custom soundtrack.

4. Acceptable use

Don't upload content you don't have the right to use, don't use the service to infringe anyone's rights or privacy, and don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or abuse the service.

5. Music and licensing

Built-in soundtrack options are Creative Commons–licensed and credited automatically in your movie. If you upload your own MP3, you are solely responsible for having the rights to use it — music copyright and licensing for a custom soundtrack is the sole responsibility of the project's creator, as stated in the app when you make that choice.

6. AI-assisted suggestions

Face tagging, object/nature detection, and location or species suggestions are generated automatically and may be incorrect or incomplete. Nothing an automated suggestion identifies is added to your movie until you review and approve it. We don't guarantee the accuracy of these suggestions.

7. Usage limits

Free accounts may include up to 40 media items per project. We may adjust this limit at any time, or introduce paid tiers with higher limits; material changes will be reflected in the update described in section 11.

8. Service availability

GPX2Live is under active development. Features may change, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We'll try to give notice of significant changes that affect your saved projects.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your projects or account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these terms.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use GPX2Live after an update means you accept the revised terms.
